Privacy Policy

FixPro is operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited. Last updated 11 August 2026.

1. Who we are

FixPro ("Platform", "we", "us") is operated by Lions Craft Global Trade Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its registered office in Abuja, FCT. This policy explains what personal data we collect from clients and skilled workers who use the FixPro mobile app and website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data directly from you or generated through your use of the Platform:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
  • Location: your approximate or precise location, used to show nearby workers, sort search results by distance, and record a booking's job site.
  • Identity verification (workers only): a government-issued ID document, a proof-of-address document, date of birth, and a selfie or photo submitted during KYC. These are reviewed by our team and, where applicable, verified through our identity-verification provider (QoreID) before a worker can be booked.
  • Qualifications (workers only): certificates, school and work history, and training details a worker optionally adds to their profile — shown to clients as a trust signal, not reviewed or required by us.
  • Bank account details (workers only): the bank account you register to receive payouts, verified through our identity-verification provider to confirm it belongs to you.
  • Payment information: booking payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not receive or store your card or bank login details — Paystack handles this directly and shares with us only the outcome of the transaction (success/failure, amount, reference).
  • Communications: in-app messages between a client and worker for an active booking, and support tickets you raise with us.
  • Device and usage data: a push-notification token (to deliver booking and chat alerts), app version, and basic diagnostic/log data.
  • Sign-in via Google or Apple: if you choose to sign in this way, we receive your name and email address from Google or Apple as applicable — we never see or store your Google/Apple password.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, and match clients with nearby, verified workers.
  • To process bookings, payments, and worker payouts.
  • To verify worker identity and bank details before they can be booked — for the safety of everyone on the Platform.
  • To enable in-app chat between a client and worker for the duration of, and briefly after, an active booking.
  • To send booking, payment, and account notifications.
  • To respond to support requests and investigate reports of misconduct.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under Nigerian law.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate the Platform:

  • Paystack — to process booking payments and worker payouts.
  • QoreID — to verify worker identity documents and bank account ownership.
  • Google / Apple — only if you choose to sign in with those services.
  • Expo — our mobile app infrastructure provider, used to deliver push notifications and app updates.
  • The other party to a booking — a client sees a worker's public profile, rating, and (once a booking is confirmed) their name and phone number; a worker sees a client's name, job address, and phone number for a confirmed booking.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 7.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to any incident.

7. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Note that some data (e.g. records of completed bookings and payments) may need to be retained even after account deletion to meet our legal obligations.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@fixpro.com.ng, or sign in for an instant download of your data.

8. Children's privacy

FixPro is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
